Your team did a great job.  I just had the sprinkler heads reset and sod repaired and it looks great.

One of the ladies here forgot she placed her jacket on the car (hood, fender or whatever) then drove off.  When she returned there was a lot of work going on that blocked her house, so the worker made sure she could get to the house.   She mentioned to the workman she lost her jacket,  the worker said they had found it.  Walked a long way to retrieve it for her.  She was very appreciative and tried to give a $20, but he refused take it.   She did not get his name but told her friends and neighbors about how great your workers are.

As you know we always hear from people about what is wrong and they complain.   But this time it is a very high compliment to your crew.
